These nearly spineless plants grow to almost four foot tall and yield 7-8 uniform artichokes per plant. Artichokes are green with purple tips and are sweet, buttery, and tender when steamed. Our climate in the PNW allows us to grow these beauties as perennials, just cut back the foliage at the end of the season. Artichokes enjoy full sun.
