Casper- This variety does excellent in our climate and produces an abundance of absolutely delicious white colored fruit that is unmatched in flavor. Very easy to grow and worth a spot in your garden.

Little Finger Purple- Our favorite eggplant variety. High-yielding plants produce tons of beautiful, slender, glossy 10” fruits. Sets earlier than other varieties. Tender flesh is delicately flavored and cooks quickly.

Black Beauty- This old heirloom variety produces high-quality, deep and dark purple fruit. Very dependable variety.
