Red Russian- Flat leaves that are ridged, tender, and more mild then other varieties. Purple stems and purple veins are beautiful juxtaposed the bright green leaves and the magnificent colors become more prominent after a frost. Plants grow to be 2-3’ tall and are very cold tolerant.

Darkibor- A wonderful curly variety with dark green leaves and tight curls. Gorgeous plants with excellent flavor. Holds well for an extended harvest window.

Lacinato- Dark blue-green in color with crinkly textured leaves this variety is also known aptly as Dinosaur Kale. Incredibly tender and delicious this variety is ideal for raw kale salads or in soups. Very cold tolerant. Dates back to 18th- Century Italy.
