Purple- This beauty is one of my favorites with it’s deep purple throughout. This variety is sweeter than the green types and is excellent either straight off the vein, or in any sweet or spicy salsa. Grows great in direct sunlight and warm temperatures.

Rio Grande Verde- This large green variety produces the largest of the tomatillo varieties. It is perfect for making verde salsas or chile. This plant will produce heavy yields with lots of sunlight and warm temperatures.
