Acorn- High yielding classic acorn variety with rich, dark-green skin and orange flesh. Plants are semi bush and resistant to powdery mildew. Stores well for up 3 months.
Butternut- The large fruits of Waltham make it the standard for butternuts since it one All-America Selections in 1970. Small seed cavities and thick, long, straight necks. The flesh is smooth with sweet flavor and can store for several months.
Delicata- Our favorite of all the winter squash! Delicata’s are very sweet and have skin that is tender enough to eat. We love these 7-9” fruits for stuffing and baking. No need to cure, these can be eaten straight off the vine.
Jarrahdale- This squash is absolutely beautiful with it’s slate-gray skin and thick, sweet, orange flesh. A attractive squash for your fall display and excellent eating with a long storage capacity. Medium to large fruit averages 12-18 lb.
Red Kuri- Magnificent orange-red color skinned and classic tear-drop shape with this baby Hubbard squash. Rich, sweet, nutty flavor that makes wonderful pies, soups, and side dishes. The skin is hard but once cooked is edible. Fruit averages 3-5 lb.
Spaghetti- This variety has excellent stringy flesh and sweet, nutty flavor that makes it best noodle replacement! Short vining plants average 4-5 fruit per plant that weigh on average 3-5 lb. each.
